Provincetown Art Association - Art and History Together
The most popular art museum on the Cape, the Provincetown Art Association and Museum (PAAM), features a rich permanent collection as well as visiting and special exhibitions. Born out of America's oldest arts colony, PAAM nurtures creativity by promoting art and culture all along Cape Cod, partly through the Lillian Orlowsky & William Freed Museum School. PAAM offers special events throughout the year, including lectures, music, youth education and film viewings. You can purchase mementos in the small gift shop, including books, exhibit catalogs, and T-shirts.
